Losing someone we love, or an important part of our life can have a devastating effect. We all like to feel loved and like things to stay the same. That feels safe because it’s predictable. But grief can take that away completely. Suddenly life may look unpredictable, bleak and pointless. People may need to rebuild their life into a different life completely.
Helpful friends often just say “time’s a healer” as if that makes it better. It doesn’t. People generally expect to feel the pain and sadness of grief for years, or forever, but this does NOT have to be the case. Now thanks to current neurological research, the grief process can be helped along quite significantly.

I can help you naturally progress through your grief to a less painful place, either using hypnotherapy or BWRT. Both forms of psychotherapy enable the mind to stimulate it’s ability to find a way through. To get to a place of being able to cope and face life again.
Grief does not have to take years. It’s exhausting, heartbreaking and devastating when it does. So keep an open mind to believing you can feel lighter sooner. That you will find a way through and while life will be different, it can still be good. I can support you to find your own path to enjoying life while still carrying all the important and positive memories with you.
